This book is brilliant. It introduces the notes of the piano in a very unique way.

Students love the music and are encouraged to use different hand positions and fingering patterns from the beginning.

This book produces very keen students who practice regularly and have a good grasp of concepts.

If used with the theory book; Students become good sight readers with minimal effort on the teachers part.

Students also learn to create their own musical patterns and learn the structure of music.

For me this book has made teaching piano really enjoyable. I can't recommend this book enough.

        The teacher accompaniments are great!
Start of notation is done on the black keys, and includes rhythm and dynamics before starting on the white keys.
The left hand position has the thumb on middle C. (I prefer teaching with the 5th finger on C below middle C, initially).
