This book is brilliant for beginners, I would say it is aimed at adults more than children as it consists of older music that adults know such as Abba and Frank Sinatra, some songs are good for children but I think the music content could be improved/updated.

Never touched a piano, or any other instrument for that matter. Went out and bought the book, had a great time learning and am looking forward to getting started on the second in the series. Learning with tunes you know makes life so much easier!

I am hopeful that this book, with its clear explanations and good choice of tunes, will be very useful to my granddaughter. It will be easy to write out many extra tunes utilising the same notes.
