It's a great follow on to book 1. Good size fonts and clean presentation. Pupils love the pictures. The online material are the add-ons that provide additional concert pieces, continuing to provide enjoyment to all.
Not dislike, but missing. I like teaching the B major and Db major scales first. This is because they fit naturally under the fingers for a young person and they involve very easy notes to find.

This's a good book for students working towards grade 1 from Prep test. I like the fact it has shorter pieces which can be easily achieved in a week and the fact that there well known melodies are used too.
