Piano Concerto No 2 is too short.

        Interesting variety of content.

A lot of content available to work on,
suitable for both intermediate and advanced players.

Well-presented, clear print and a hard-backed cover that should provide long-lasting protection.
Some content is more suitable for advanced players, but intermediate players wishing to progress further, in my opinion, will still find the music scores interesting providing they enjoy a `challenge`, and can sight read to a reasonable standard.

        Good range of pieces
        Reasonably consistent level of difficulty
Good indication of fingering and hand use
The arrangement of the second movement of the second piano concerto was too short
Strange combination of variations (other than the obvious one) for the Paganini extract

I like this collection of music by Rachmaninoff because I think it has been well- researched to include a variety of excerpts of pieces, that should interest musicians who want to advance, and widen their own experience and skill level. I think this book is best suited to pianists that are at least intermediate/advanced players, and advanced players, who have many interesting pieces to choose from, and challenge them. I bought this book to try to move on from an intermediate skill level, to an advanced level, as well as for an introduction to a new piano repetoire.
