Best tab book I have bought, as it has more info than any other I've seen. Amp settings and the walk through is really useful. Can't wait til I get another.

Once again, an excellent book with exam pieces at the appropriate level of difficulty. This book is great for giving budding guitarists something to aim at -the jump in difficulty from grades 1 to 2 is noticeable though. It should be used in conjunction with other books that focus more on techniques such as bends, slides & slightly more advanced chordings & strumming patterns (amongst other things!). Again, superb attention to detail & I'm sure the tips on the full transcriptions will be useful to guitarists of all levels -so I can see myself using this book indefinitely. On a personal note, the track selection is right up my street, so great motivation for me to tackle this book!

My guitar students are delighted to have famous songs to play for their grades. Having the full score as well is a real bonus. Well done Rockschool.

Great for teaching more up to date songs to my students. They really like to learn two versions of each song. As with the first Hot Rock Guitar book great stuff.

Fantastic book and although expensive, well worth the money. The backing tracks are very good and some care has been taken to make sure they are close to the original recordings. Likewise, the scores are all very close to the originals as well and all guitar parts are scored too which is a bonus.
