Zingaro is the Italian word for gypsy, a word often used as a general term for a group of people that to this day still lead a nomadic lifestyle in the Balkan and Carpathian regions. One of the gypsy’s many talents has always been their musical prowess. The rich history of these people spectacularly comes together in Johan Nijs’ Zingaro.
