These terms and conditions apply to the Prize Draw to win one of three vouchers (2x £50 and 1x £100) when completing our questionnaire. By submitting an entry to the Prize Draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. The Promoter
The promoter is: Music Room Limited (company number: 00315155) t/a Musicroom, 14-15 Berners Street, London, W1T 3LJ (“Promoter”).
2. How to enter the Prize Draw
The Prize Draw will run from Rae Macintosh Musicroom starting starting on Friday 4th August 2017. The closing date for filling in the questionnaire is at midnight on Sunday 20th August.
2.1 To enter the Prize Draw:
a) No purchase is necessary. Entry to the Prize Draw is free of charge.
b) Only questionnaires that are completed will enter the Prize Draw
2.2 The Prize Draw winners (“Winners”) will be selected randomly by the Promoter before 27th August 2017. There will be three Winners.
3.1 The Prize Draw is open to residents in the UK aged 16 years or over excluding:
(a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
(b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Prize Draw or its administration; or
(c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
3.2 By entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
3.3 There is a limit of one entry per person and entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
4. The Prizes
4.1 The prizes are three vouchers (2x £50 and 1x £100) to be spent on musicroom website.
4.2 There is no cash alternative for the Prize and they are not negotiable or transferable. The Promoter will not be responsible for any costs associated with the Prizes that are not included in the Prizes.
5. Winners notification
The Winners will be notified by email by Sunday 27th August 2017.
5.1 The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
5.2 The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Musicroom shall be entitled to select another winner (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 14 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Musicroom shall be entitled to select another winner.
5.3 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prize.
6. Limitation of liability and force majeure
6.1 The Promoter will not be liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under these terms and conditions if such delay or failure result from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control.
7. Data protection and publicity
7.1 If you are a Winner, you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the Winner of this Prize Draw and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes.
7.2 You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter including social networking site coverage of the Prize Draw.
7.3 By entering the Prize Draw and submitting your personal information you agree to receive emails from Music Sales Limited containing other surveys, offers and developments that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that we send.
8.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Prize Draw.
8.2 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
8.3 These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
