Heather Hammond: More Ballads Without Words: Piano Solo

Twenty new melodious educational performance pieces for piano in Pop style for teenage and adult pianists at the early intermediate level. The anthology also includes the Nocturne Thinking of Frédéric from 22 Nocturnes for Chopin by Women Composers. In order to offer performers the best direction for their interpretation, the editors have given some instructions for dynamics and articulation. Suggested tempi, pedalling and fingering may be amended to suit the needs of the individual pianist, allowing the performer some freedom to select appropriately for their hands and room acoustics.
