Description
The C214 Large-Diaphragm Condenser Microphone from AKG has been designed as a cost-effective alternative to the high-end C414 family. A supreme one-inch capsule on an integrated suspension helps to reduce mechanical noise, while the switchable 20dB attenuation pad allows recording of loud sources of up to 156dB SPL.

With a switchable bass-cut filter, close-up recording yields almost no proximity effect. By combining one capsule of the legendary C414 with the patented AKG Back-Plate technology, a sharp, crisp and detailed sound is achieved when recording lead vocals and solo instruments. Finally, an all-metal die-cast bodyfeatures a shock- and scratch-resistant finish, keeping it looking as good as it sounds.

This AKG C214 Microphone also comes with a case and a windscreen.
