Customer Rating I did not get this book to start with when I expected as it was delivered to my neighbour, who thought it was a birthday gift for her husband and hid it in her house. It was only when she mentioned and showed it to her daughter that they realised the package had been misdelivered! Anyway it was well worth waiting for. I do not know some of the songs but the selection is excellent and, individually, the songs would have cost a fortune. I am pleased I ordered the book and look forward to sharing the music, with my friends, round the piano.

Customer Rating Really big book. Lots of songs. Many that I didn't know.It would have been nice to have hada backing CD.

Customer Rating Excellent selection of songs, fabulous value for money. Nice choices from musicals as well as the old classics and one or two slightly more 'modern' numbers. Great to dabble in during a sing song around the piano with friends. Would highly recommend!

Customer Rating Up to the normal Hal Leonard standard. The songs range from old musical/film classics to more modern film and pop standards. The piano music is intermediate level - if you are a bit more accomplished (say grade 6ish) a lot of it can be sight-read with a good degree of satisfaction whilst still leaving some more challenging ones to spend time getting your fingers around. The book is very big and heavy (1.87kg/4lb2oz), so make sure the music-ledge on your piano is robust enough to hold it! If you buy this book and like it, try also Hal Leonard "The Definitive Jazz" "...Movie" and "...Broadway" collections (3 separate books) they're similar standard and really good. No, I don't work for Hal Leonard, I just enjoy playing the piano and find their scores very easy to use with super range.

Customer Rating I can only say one thing -WONDERFUL

Customer Rating This book has a multitude of lovely pieces and is just what I wanted. A GREAT SELECTION - THANK YOU

Customer Rating This is a superb collection of songs for all voices. It is rather a weighty tome and may have been more manageable in two volumes - but it's great and value for money.

Customer Rating Very satisfied with the service from Musicroom - received the book on the next day.
A very useful song book containing the longest list of songs ever, although rather large and heavy the pages open flatly when playing.

Customer Rating Why not put "THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SONGS EVER" with a CD accompaniment & it will sell like "hot cakes". I for one would buy this song book

Customer Rating Lovely book - most of the tunes you would want to play for light entertainment.

The pieces are of varying complexity so you can pick what suits you and progress to more difficult pieces when you want.

Customer Rating A great book, with an excellent selection of songs to choose from.

Customer Rating I absolutely love this book - so many beautiful songs - my only criticism would be that as it is such a large book - a plastic spine so the pages could lie flat would be much more user friendly.

Customer Rating Very pleased with it and it should give me hours of enjoyment and good finger exercise

Customer Rating Very decent book (musisheets). Not very often you can say about such books nowadays.

Customer Rating Excellent purchase. A very good selection of mostly well-known songs, ranging from jazz standards, showtunes, film themes, older ballads and more modern songs. The arrangements are nice and interesting to play, without being too difficult. I would think they are around the intermediate standard. I thoroughly recommend this book.

Customer Rating It was a present for my wife who has not stopped playing the piano since she opened it!

Customer Rating This book has clear, readable notation and in my opinion good value for money, being large and full of lovely songs. Normally I buy music for easy piano so this was ambitious for me and I would prefer to just play the simple melody with the right hand i.e.the notation for voice, which appears on the top line of music, above the two lines of notation for piano. It is hard to read the top line, ignore the middle line, and read the third for left hand. Still, it means I have to try and master the proper piano music and gradually improve.

Customer Rating A lovely book, good range of songs to play.

Customer Rating Great variety of songs spread over several decades. Clear printing with good piano accompaniment and guitar chords.
I bought two copies, am thoroughly enjoying mine and our family (son & grand daughter) think it's fab!

Customer Rating Wonderful choice of music and printed clearly making it easy to read

Customer Rating Having been browsing for a considerable time on which book to buy with a gift voucher, found this one, which has a brilliant selection of the music I play.
