Ian is a member of the QCA Music Development Group and an inspector for Ofsted. He has been principal examiner in composing for OCR A-level music, a subject adviser for AQA GCSE music, and has been involved with the development of specifications for GCSE and A-level music. He is active as a conductor/composer/arranger with particular interest in creating material for schools.
