Description

Vocalzone is a unique product, ideally suited to helping singers maintain their clarity of voice.

If you Sing or Act or Speak regularly in public Vocalzone will ensure that you always keep a clear voice!

Vocalzone is ideal for professional, amateur or karaoke singers. It is also suitable for relieving the irritation caused by excessive speaking and so may be useful to all those who often speak in public in a professional or voluntary capacity. Vocalzone can also relieve the irritation of the throat caused by smoking or the common cold.

Contains the following active ingredients:

  • Peppermint Oil - sometimes called 'the world's oldest medicine', peppermint is used topically for the cooling and relaxing effect it has on the skin.
  • Myrrh - this stimulates circulation in the mucosal tissues, especially in the bronchial tract, throat, tonsils and gums.
  • Menthol - this helps subdue many disease-producing bacteria, and has been long known for its analgesic, antiseptic, antispasmodic, decongestant and cooling effects.
  • Liquorice Extract - contains glycyrrhizin, a sweetener 50 times as sweet as surose, and works as an effective expectorant.

Amateurs and professionals alike will find these work wonders on their voices and throats, and testimonials can be found from a range of artists including Tom Jones, Supergrass, Katherine Jenkins, James Hetfield, Bette Midler, Jarvis Cocker, David Bowie, Joss Stone, Placido Domingo, Travis, and even Snoop Dogg!

For adults, the elderly and children over the age of 12. Directions: Dissolve one pastille in your mouth and inhale deeply. Repeat every two hours if required. Always read the packet and instructions before using.

"I hope the message gets out that Vocalzone are the best throat pastilles in the world!" - Tom Jones

"I have tried most preparations on the market, but when I discovered Vocalzone I did not need to look any further. I am usually in rehearsals more than 6 hours a day and I am never without Vocalzone in my pocket. They certainly keep my vocal zone clear." - Ian Storey

Both Mick (Quinn Bass Player) and I use Vocal Zones and these little black nuggets of joy have got us through many a high note! - Gaz Coombes (Supergrass)

Vocalzone Throat Pastilles were created for the Italian tenor, Enrico Caruso in the early 1900's by Mr William Lloyd F.R.C.S., a famous Ear Nose and Throat specialist at the London Hospital. The Great Caruso was performing at Covent Garden and was struggling with a tired voice when Mr Lloyd answered his call for help. Caruso was so impressed with the result that he retained Mr Lloyd who became his travelling companion whenever he was touring. Enrico Caruso was truly a pioneer who saw the potential of the gramophone record and his recording of 1907 acoustic recording of "Vesti la giubba" was the first gramophone record to sell a million copies.

Vocalzone Throat Pastilles have been on sale in the United Kingdom ever since and are still manufactured to the same formula used for Caruso.

Customer Rating I have used these throat pastilles for some years and was delighted to be reminded when ordering a choral score that I needed to stock up for the coming season. What a clever idea ! I love Musicroom.

Customer Rating Very good.Does what it says on the pack!

Customer Rating A good suggestion for buyers of vocal scores - one of the less annoying, actually useful "you may also like ..." options that appear before the "confirm purchase" screen.

Customer Rating Absolutely fantastic. Had virtually lost my voice for 5 weeks and these really helped!

Customer Rating Excellent for clearing the throat - especially with the demands of concerts etc during the coughs & colds season!

Customer Rating Fantastic for someone who's constantly singing, speaking or even having to project your voice over a group of noisy students.

Customer Rating My son is a member of a Youth Theatre group specialising in musical theatre productions, and he and several others in the group find these pastilles extremely helpful. Now, it is possible that there's a bit of a placebo effect going on here - who knows - but if it helps them to get through a week of performances, I'm happy to stump up a few quid. They swear by them.

Customer Rating Very useful to have over the Christmas period!

Customer Rating Oh boy, do these pastilles do the trick, but I have a bit of a sweet tooth and these are NOT sweet, hence the 4 stars. I find that breathing deeply to sing is enhanced, making it easier to complete a phrase or provide power when needed.

Customer Rating Gosh these saved my life last week. Well not actually my life, but my voice. I was giving a 2 day training course and with a heated classroom my voice was suffering at the end of the first day. These pastilles stick to the roof of your mouth and dissolve slowly. One every couple of hours and the second day went without a hitch. Brilliant.

Customer Rating I've used these for a long time and they certainly help to keep my throat in good order through a long session of singing. Musicroom's price is about a third cheaper than i've paid before.

Customer Rating These are the best throat pastilles I've ever tried. For some time now I've suffered from a "frog in the throat" whenever I sing, but these pastilles have helped me get rid of that. I can now sing without difficulty. Can't say I like the taste, but the results are definitely worth tolerating that!

Customer Rating Great, better than well know medicated versions!

Customer Rating I thought overall the item was very good. For the purpose I think they work very well, however some people may find the texture odd. I expected them to be alike to boiled sweets but they were more like hard gummy sweets. Also I could definitely not recommend them on taste. I cannot describe the taste but I assure that if you are looking for nice tasting cough sweets then these are not for you! Although the quality of the pastilles is very high, they coat your throat very well an do make it easier to sing with them the taste is abhorrent!

Customer Rating Excellent for keeping the voice in good condition

Customer Rating As I sing a lot and suffer from catarrh and hay fever, I am always trying to find something that will alleviate these symptoms. Vocalzones seem to do this without drying my throat and they are quite difficult to find in the shops.

Customer Rating Very good for a long day of teaching and singing!

Customer Rating This product is a must for all singers. It soothes after a long period of singing and helps to clear the voice in preparation for work. It is great pre-audition and as far I have witnessed no side effects apart from a black tongue! As a professional vocalist and a singing teachers I recommend this product to all my students, who so far all seem to agree it is a very good product.

Customer Rating These blow the top off your head! They certainly clear out the throat and nasal area, but I would be wary of taking them too close to a performance!

Customer Rating Great product, will use again

Customer Rating These may taste revolting but they do the job. I use them in my choir and if I have a cough are useful to tuck away on my gum where it stays happily during a concert adding clarity and confidence to my singing.

Customer Rating Let's not kid ourselves...it's like being kicked in the mouth with a mental, toungue-burning, over-zealous fruit pastel...but they really clear you out and help you breath (even when you thought you weren't blocked!).

Highly Recommended!

Customer Rating I used to buy tiny black "pellets" to help me to get through a long rehearsal or a concert but these are no longer available. I am an aged choral singer and I am pleased to have discovered Vocalzone which help me a great deal.

Customer Rating These are powerful, but do the job! Much better for the voice than using anything with anaesthetic, but still to be used sparingly...
Emily

Customer Rating My daughter is about to take her grade 6 singing and is involved in lots of singing groups which can leave her voice sore on occasion. She likes to keep a box of these handy as they really do work at soothing the right part of the throat.
