Rating Review
Customer Rating This edition is really well presented and on high quality paper with a binding that lets you lay it flat without breaking the spine, it's definitely worth buying if you're a conductor or just want to study Bizet's orchestration. However bear in mind that this is Guiraud's 1875 revision which sets all the spoken dialogue as recitatives. If you want Bizet's original version, paced the way he wanted and with certain parts of the dialogue deliberately unset and left spoken, it might be a good idea to buy a vocal score as well as this, but despite that, this is still a very good edition and worth buying.
