Musicroom Reviews

Rating Review
Customer Rating It's a good book but i wonder if it would have been better to just pick random bits of music to sight read because really once you've been through the book once, looking at it again isn't really sight reading! :L

Customer Rating This is a good book to use in preparation for taking the more advanced grades on the flute. It is a useful tool to see what the sight-reading tests will look like and get a feel for the type of pieces the examiner could present you with. The only weakness I can think of is that I wish there were a few more sight-reading examples in the book- if you start preparing for the sight-reading early then it is likely you will run out of 'fresh' pieces before the exam. But overall, a useful book which I would recommend. Good luck to those taking music exams soon!

Customer Rating Highly recommend for getting sight-reading up to speed.
