Customer Rating This piece of music is simply outstanding! Michael Nyman is a fantastic composer, and his talent is showcased especially well in this piece! If you've heard this tune and you play piano you really must buy this incredible piece of music, and it's rather good as you can simplify it if you are learning to play piano. This really is a lovely tune to play and you really must buy it! I certainly have no regrets!!!

Customer Rating Michael Nyman's enduringly popular, moving and innovative work for piano is a must for any fans of Nyman's music or the music for the film 'The Piano'.

Customer Rating Liked the piece The Promise by Michael Nyman very much, but the copy I ordered was not the original theme tune but was the modified version. The orignial piece has the bass at a lower octave in one particular part. Will have to order the origninal score at a later date. Smooth runs whilst concentrating on ringing out the melody.

Customer Rating A fantastic piece of music - I've loved it for years, and have taken ages to find the sheet music, and have not been disappointed. It is challenging for an intermediate player, but not so difficult as to be offputting.

Well worth a try at playing :)
