Stowmarket GB Teach Guitar beginners/intermediates.
During a 30mins guitar lesson, using this book for first time, the guitar student learns the open strings of the 1st and 2nd strings as well as the notes. Then to finish the student gets to learn a song 'Ode to Joy, by Beethoven. I usually have one encouraged and motivated student ready for their second lesson.
None I can think off after using this book to teach guitar for the last three years.

Musicroom Reviews

Rating Review
Customer Rating I teach in schools and privately and have found this book to be an excellent starting point. The music is in large print which is very helpful for someone new to reading traditional music notation. Many of the examples are recorded on the accompanying cd which is recorded to a high standard. Highly recommended.

Customer Rating Perfect level of challenge for my ten year old who has now learned enough chords to tackle all the songs. A good variety of older classics and more modern songs to play and sing along to. A good buy, it's being well used!
