Simple, clear and precise in the way it is written, but so effective in it's delivery - typical of most Cat Stevens compositions.
Chord sequence lets it flow. I play it on keyboards, so I can experiment with different sounds, instruments and rhythms. Quickly captures listeners attention!
Too many pages to deal with.
I cut and paste - literally, and bring it all down from 8 pages to 1, adding a few signs and arrows for my own use.
This makes it easy to slip into my portfolio.
Using musical notation and ingenuity, a publisher could easily print the whole song on say, two manuscript sheets.
