Basingstoke GB Not guifted musically
My choir sing this a lot and it's among their favourites. As a not very good musician I find it very easy to sing as you either sing in unison with other parts or go your own way which makes it easy but the effect is most pleasing to the ear and our audiences appear to like it too.
It's written for a piano duet which I imagine could cause problems for a single inexperienced accompaniest but ours doesn't seem to have any problems

Musicroom Reviews

Rating Review
Customer Rating Ideal for the needs of my group at the moment. The accompaniment is a simplified version of the more complicated original (which is for 4 hands). This helps for rehearsal when the pianist doubles as the conductor! For the less experienced group of singers, easier for them to learn as the arrangement is more 'spread out'. No repeat marks - just carries on. There are a couple of sections omitted but overall good fun!

Customer Rating This song always has the audience foot tapping along. The choir had a little trouble getting "Rhythm" right but thoroughly enjoy performing it now. Challenging but great fun.

Customer Rating Fantastic score, however misses the middle 16 near the end, the "doo doo doo" part.

Very clean score, easy to follow and teach as an Musical Director and a Pianist.
