Kinsman music stand is a well made item, substantial but not heavy. It is more stable than some and looks as if it will last well. the carry bag is a useful addition. Price was competitive and delivery very good.

How exciting can a music stand be? It's light, stable, well designed, has a cheap-feeling carry bag which I'll probably never use. Pleased with it.

Bought for my 8 year old daughter who loves it! I too am really pleased - it is far more substantial and robust than the stand that I had as a child. However, like all music stands of this type that I have ever come across, you still need to be gentle when opening up the top supports - get it wrong and they do bend easily.

A good stand for the price - sturdy but not too heavy to haul around. Cheaper ones tend to be flimsy. I bought 10 to supplement the supply for a wind band. Having a carry bag with each will also help keep them in good condition.
