The page layouts are good, easy to read, and have page turns in accessible places wherever possible. The standard of pieces in this book is good, and there is an interesting choice of composers. My favourite piece is probably "Gymnopodie"by Satie.
Not really.

Musicroom Reviews

Rating Review
Customer Rating This is the best of the series - ideal for Grade 3 and above pianists. There is a good mix of styles and periods and only a few poor choices.

Customer Rating This book has a brilliant mixture of classical/romantic pieces for UK Grades 3-4 and is indeed the best book of this series. The printing is clear and no page-turns are needed to play the pieces in this book. (For UK Grades 4-5, I recommend 'More Classics To Moderns, Book 4'.)

Customer Rating Recommended for my daughter (just done grade 3) by her piano teacher. A good mixture of easy classical pieces ordered by era from 18th Century to 20th century.

Customer Rating Bought for my daughter, on advice from piano tutor. Book is great!
