This is a truly practical guide, very detailed. I study the organ without a teacher and I should have bought this book long ago. It is closely linked to the other books in 'A Graded Anthology'.
The musical examples might have been longer.

Lueders, Texas US GB No problem what that.
I have great admiration and respect for Ms Thomas' as a muscian and teacher. I do feel that you need to have on hand all of the Graded Anthology she has written in order to get the most out of this book. I have ordered the other 4 books i.e. 2 through 5.
none to be found! except perhaps that I live at quite a distance, Texas so can only appreciate her work through the books she has edited.
