Description

Move beyond basic folk styles and get into the excitement of fingerstyle blues, ragtime and swing, and learn the tools that will expand your guitar's rhythmic, harmonic and melodic possibilities.

Brozman shows you how to play energetic songs including Salty Dog Blues, Jazz'm Blues and Sister Kate, with each song rich in harmonic voicings and chord shapes that you will learn to connect across the length of the fretboard. He covers ragtime picking patterns, compression strokes, two-hand string damping, harmonics, double-time rhythm and other important right-hand techniques. This DVD will provide months of study, invaluable practice techniques and powerful concepts that every guitarist should know.

Musicroom Reviews

Rating Review
Customer Rating I found this an excellent and inspiring DVD to learn more about rhythm, weird chord shapes and interesting melodic patterns. It's definitely not a beginner's course, you need to be comfortable with alternate picking and some music theory. A great way of making you want to play rather than just playing by numbers.
