Description

After treading a more commercial path in the mid to late nineties, Megadeth engendered a negative response from their original fan base whose backlash demanded a heavier metal-orientated sound. With the release of 'The World Needs a Hero', they got the content that they had waited for, complete with a sanguineous metal album cover. Although some of the fire that had been such a big feature in the band's earlier records had dulled ever so slightly, probably due to a line up reshuffle, the album was still a success. This Hal Leonard publication is an authentic transcription of the album for guitar. It boasts full tablature and lyrics and notated melody lines where necessary.
