Gustav Mahler’s Rheinlegendchen (or little Rhine legend) is a fabulous German folk poem completed in 1893, but published later as part of his songs from Des Knaben Wunderhorn. This version of Rhine Legend has been arranged here for Piano and Upper Voices by Lionel Lethbridge and uses an English translation by Jacqueline Froom.
