There are 5 pieces in this suite that range in difficulty. Each suite comes with a passage of how it should feel at the start of the book, and this helps to grasp the composer's original intentions. The clarinet part stands out from the harp/piano and nothing ever sounds out of place.
The book is a strange size - almost like a normal music book had it's top cut off. A few of the notes look a bit grainy, but this is 1 or two out of the entire suite.

Musicroom Reviews

Rating Review
Customer Rating This is just a lovely selection of pieces but it does work better if you can find a pianist to accompany you from time to time. Good on their own but great with the piano!

Customer Rating A delightful selection of music. It is so much more satisfying to play it with a pianist. What a pity there isn't a version with accompanying CD.

Customer Rating I heard this piece of music some time ago on the radio and, as an 'alternative' to the standard Classical clarinet music that is generally played at functions, it really fits the bill. A truly great piece of work for the clarinet.

Customer Rating My teacher recommended this book mainly to extend my repertoire, but also because the movements crop up in graded exams from (I think) grade 4 onwards. I am an adult learner working towards grade 6. The pieces are quite nice to play.

Customer Rating This is one of the most beautiful pieces of music I have heard. If you don't have a pianist to accompany you, once you have mastered this selection of music find someone to play piano even if you have to pay them for their time it will be worth every penny, promise. If you are wondering if this music is for you, you will need to be at grade 5/6 standard. Played correctly this music is stunning!

Customer Rating Beautiful, haunting melody - lovely to play.

Customer Rating Lovely book to have and really enjoy playing all of the pieces with my dad playing the clarinet.

Customer Rating I am learning to play the clarinet and have purchased this item as a favourite piece to keep in my library until I am able to play it.

Customer Rating Purchased for a future project when I get more competent at the Clarinet.

Customer Rating Great service received. Son needed piece for next lesson and piece came day after order so gave him plenty of time to practice! Perfect condition too.

Customer Rating Lovely music, well produced. Very clear, easy to read.

Customer Rating Great!

Customer Rating Excellent, as I cannot find an organ score anywhere!
However, it is quite easy to use this score for organ interpretation. Very pleased indeed - as with all my other purchases from

Customer Rating I liked the variation within the pieces and especially having thh piano accompaniment which makes it easier to prepare for an exam. The music is lovely to play.

Customer Rating Excellent piece for Harp and Clarinet
Most of your reviews talk about the clarinet part but together with the harp it is a great recital piece or end of year school exam duo. So rare to get such a good instrumental duo with real (not Arranged) harp part.
Thank you
