Customer Rating This book is full of wonderful tunes! They are various styles of Jazz, all very catchy tunes. They really increase my pupils' interests in piano, and the songs are written in a simply style, even my youngest pupil (about Grade 1 level) can learn them fairly quickly. Highly recommended.

Customer Rating Excellent book - 29 pieces, all with catchy names: 'Tick tock boogie', Saturday stroll, temper tantrum tango, homework blues ... and helps with developing rhymthmic work.

Customer Rating Another brilliant book by Pauline Hall. Great fun tunes in a variety of styles, from rag to calypso and smooth jazz. The tunes, very easy at the beginning, become progressively harder as the book progresses, but none more difficult than about grade 2.

Customer Rating A very good book for introducing different styles of music to beginers. Not just jazz but blues, latin and ragtime styles included.

Customer Rating Many pupils are thrilled by this book - the kind who enjoy all the Piano Time series, generally bright pupils. Some, though, may be deterred if started on it too soon, or if not aware of the bright, humorous tone needed for jazzy stuff, or if could be deterred by it not being strictly in order of difficulty. Teacher input needed.

Customer Rating This is a great book to start teaching syncopated rhythms. I tend to teach the pieces out of order selecting the more "straightforward" pieces first.

Children love the idea they are playing jazz and it makes a good change from the tutor books
