We aim to get back to you within the hour, during shop hours (please see store details), to confirm your reservation. If you do not hear from us then please resend the request.
These part-songs were the first of Britten's works to be published. In 1932 Britten showed the pieces to John Ireland during discussions about proofs and possible transpositions.
First called Three Studies In Canon, revisions in 1932 by the Composer lead to the transposition of The Ride-By-Nights and The Rainbow into G minor and C major respectively.
