Kent GB Composer, organist, singer, choirmaster.
Well, if you are singing this in a concert, you will not wear your arms out holding it - the whole score is on just 9 pages, with the title page, dedication & blank final page occupying 3 pieces of paper stapled together. The printing is fairly clear ......
.... but the size of the pages means it is a little small. It is a piece that you would need to virtually memorise - particularly the "Libera me", which has the words printed twice under the appropriate chanted notes, then just the chords as they change. Much use is made of repeat / coda, which saves on printing, but means an awkward page turn or two.

Rating Review
Customer Rating I remember singing in the original performance in Winchester Cathedral where I was a chorister. I was only 10, so the music seemed a bit modern then, but we were all hugely impressed by John Tavener - Cool, Tanned, with a mane of long hair, white suit, and matching white Rolls Royce Convertible!
