Jazzamatazz is an exciting series of easier music for Big Band. The instrumentation is for orthodox Big Band with optional flute/clarinet and percussion. There are several helpful features included such as optional octave doublings, practical instrument ranges and suggested chord voicings in keyboard and percussion parts. The very comprehensive performance notes are invaluable at the rehearsal stage. None of the compositions in this series are difficult to play (around Grades 3/4) and all sound impressive when performed. An excellent choice for bands in both schools and colleges. Each set contains a full score plus the following parts: 5 Saxes (2 alto, 2 tenor, 1 baritone), 4 Trumpets, 4 Trombones (Bass clef), Optional Flute & Clarinet, Guitar, Keyboard, Bass, Drums, Additional Percussion.
