Very sturdy and easily portable

The most substantial folding stand I've seen. The only problem is that it is now unusable as the knob that adjusts the angle of the lectern part has vanished, giving it a big droop. A one-off or a systemic problem? I'll contact Musicroom.com.

An excellent very stable music stand, which can be easily adjusted for a small student and a very tall one!

A rock solid, robust music stand that supports my scores when I'm out and about with my music group. Easy to unpack/foldaway. Due to it's sturdiness is a little weighty, so you wouldn't want to tote a dozen around with you for any distance.

Now have to see how it performs over time - if it lasts as long as my previous stand (20 years) I'll be well impressed!

Goes without saying that delivery from MusicRoom.Com was ecellent as ever. The stand itself is a very good, solid stand, well worth the money. It has three main sections that allow it to be raised to a nice high level (1.2m to base of the Book Rest). The tripod legs themselves give you that extra bit of flexibility in terms of height (adding an extra 10-15cm), but also provide a solid base.

Am very happy with the stand as its hard to get medium cost range portable stands that are tall enough for a tall teenager to use.It seems robust and sturdy.

Excellent for the price and well made. However, had to take a pair of pliers to one of the music retainers as would not swing above the music shelf. No problem once adjusted. Very sturdy compared to previous stand from Argos, especially the strong tripod!

Not pleased with this product, but delighted! Much lighter than expected and at a good price - delivery 1st class too. As a tall solo singer, I'm delighted that I've found a stand that suits my height.

Delighted. Feels very sturdy, not easily tipped over as with the lighter weight versions. Feels like it will last. Not too heavy for taking with me. Have to tighten the screws very tightly to avoid it slowly shrinking! But that is not a problem. Very good value.

A sturdy stand with an easy carry bag. It did flop under the pressure of one of my quartet folders, but they are extremely heavy. Would be absolutely fine for any other music. The part that keeps your pages from flying about was a bit loose on one side.

Arrived well-packaged within 48 hours of ordering. The stand itself seems to be well made, my only reservations being that the tightening screws feel a little flimsy (but have caused no problems) and that the 2 wires that prevent the music slipping off the front needed a little manual readjustment to find the optimum position. Carrying bag is useful. Generally very pleased.
