Customer Reviews

Rating Review
Customer Rating As with most piano music books for rock groups, some of the songs are quite poor as there isn't much piano in the real music. Blaze of Glory is quite good, and Always is another song with distinctive piano which transcribes well.

Customer Rating Most of the songs in this book are great, however there are some that don't sound good on the piano.

Living on a prayer - I would have loved to play this one but it just sounds stupid on the piano.

Keep the faith - the left hand is kept very busy in this song with the right hand playing chords every now and then, there is also a separate right hand which just plays the tune.

Someday i'll be Saturday Night - this is good, contains 4#'s.

Lay your hands on me - this is good but requires a vocalist to bring out the tune.

Always - a perfect song for piano, again the right hand is more of an accompaniment rather than the tune so it helps if you can sing along whilst you play.

Wanted dead or alive - right hand plays accompaniment of chords rather than tune, but it sounds really good when you sing along and play.

You give love a bad name - the right hand in this just sounds a bit high really, i'd move the whole thing down an octave.

Bed of roses - again a good one to play and sing along to.

Blaze of glory - the right hand plays the tune in this one, it sounds very good.

In these arms - another one you have to play and sing.

Bad medicine - another one to sing to, the right hand has alot to play in this, especially with the introduction.

I'll be there for you - right hand plays the tune, nice slow song with 2#'s.

In and out of love - another song where the right hand plays accompaniment to the left hand, so you need to sing the tune. Personally I don't enjoy this one.

Runaway - another one to sing to, the right hand will get very tired playing all the repeated chords in this one!

Never say goodbye - this sounds good, the right hand plays the tune this time, its a nice way to finish the book.

All in all, if you love Bon Jovi, definitely get this book!
