This cantata was written about the life of Saint Nicolas, the Bishop Of Myra who is the patron-saint of Children, Sea Men and Travellers. It was commissioned for performance at the Centenary Celebrations of Lancing College in Sussex on July 24th, 1948. For SATB Choir.
