Rating Review
Customer Rating I started as an adult beginner on The Classic Piano Course Book 1 but quickly felt I wanted more challenging but achievable pieces. Book 2 gave me just that, pieces that were familiar, not too easy but not too difficult either. This book built naturally upon the first course extending my understanding of musical notation and my early skills as a piano. I'd recommend both books to any other adult beginner who really wants to learn but doesn't want to be patronised in the process!

Customer Rating Lovely book for an adult beginner. Follows on perfectly from book 1. Full of pieces by famous composers.

Customer Rating I like this book. After a break of 26 years I've started playing again. The melodies are enjoyable and accessible.

Customer Rating Part of an excellent course. The second book contains a good cross section of different style pieces and continues to challenge the player.

Customer Rating Really good for the adult, although seems to jump quite quickly from about 4th piece in and gets quite difficult.

Customer Rating I was advised by my teacher to purchase this book having completed another grade 1 book she gave me. Some of the pieces are quite a jump for me i.e. there are some difficult sections, I believe. However, having started the book the other week, I find it a good book not only for the varied collection of music but the exercises pieces as well. My teacher is picking out appropriate pieces for me to progress. She is very pleased with this and so am I! I do feel that I am achieving something and I like the challenge of what could be difficult pieces for me.
