Rating Review
Customer Rating As a piano teacher I rate this book as the best ever written for adults! It's very easy to follow and gentle in its approach. All steps are encouraging and deal with all aspects of piano playing and theory as well as a bit of general music knowledge. Superb.

Customer Rating Although I have only just begun to play piano/keyboards, I have played the guitar for around 8 years so I did not really need to be spoon fed too much general music theory. However, this book taught me at the correct level by telling me just enough to be able to practice correct technique and observe both position changes and dynamics etc but still manage to enjoy myself. Recommended!

Customer Rating An excellent book for the adult or late teenager beginner pianist. It moves along quickly as befitting the mind of an adult or older youngster.

Customer Rating This is an excellent book for adult learners. It does move quite fast, but is still thorough, and the pupils I have used it with seem to enjoy being able to progress quickly. It is, as the name suggests, mostly classical arrangements, so I use it alongside something more modern to avoid pupils losing interest. This is the best book I have come across for older beginners, and I would highly recommend.

Customer Rating First impressions are this looks a great tutor that is well laid out for quick progression - my daughter and I are both using it. The only thing I would have liked more of is scales, arpeggios and maybe chord progressions exercises.
