This tuner does the job and everything it says on the tin, (it is pretty accurate and good for both bass and guitar) but there are a number of drawbacks. For instance there is no adapter or transformer input so you cannot operate it without batteries and there is no OUTPUT so you cannot play thru the tuner. Adequate for the bedroom and practice room but not fantastic.
