Rating Review
Customer Rating An amazing peice for aspiring trumpet players. With demi-semi quavers, (a rarity for us!) and challenging rhythms, it is one of the best trumpet solo pieces you can buy.

Customer Rating Simply excellent. I like the contrasts between the pieces and I really enjoyed practising them as well as performing them. I would recommend Haydn's trumpet concerto to any accomplished trumpet/cornet player.

Customer Rating A superb work for trumpet, strongly recommended for anyone. The 2nd movement is slow but still challenging and the first or third make superb concert pieces.

Customer Rating A piece which is overplayed, often quite badly by aspiring trumpet players. Why? Because it is one of precious few major works for solo trumpet from the period and therefore in recitals, is often included to represent the classical period. It IS however an amazing bit of trumpet writing and a true classic of the repertoire that everyone should own. The edition has no included cadenzas, a possible weakness, but it is clearly notated and a must have for every trumpeter. The second movement alone is a very nice piece. Strongly recommended but when you're learning this please wait until you are ready before you try playing this!

Customer Rating Excellent service! Musicroom were so helpful when trying to find the grade 8 book for my daughter. They searched through numerous books while I was on the phone to make sure it was the correct piece.
Thank you for making an arduous task easier!
