Firstly I must say that this DVD is basically an entire practise system to help develop four way independence and greater stick control. For the beginner the tone and style of this DVD may confuse. Whilst it is an incredibly useful resource it is not particularly entertaining. However if you're serious about drums and are interested in the purely technical side of your playing then I thoroughly recommend this as it is both challenging and thought provoking.
