Customer Reviews

Rating Review
Customer Rating Fado Portugues is the best book ever written about the beautiful music of Portugal. Mr. Cohen has given us a true labor of love that captures the essence of what fado is all about - specially for those who do not know much about the music and its cultural roots. Read it and listen to the CD sampler. Then pack your bags and head for old Lisbon to discover the pleasures of hearing live fado in Alfama ou Mouraria, where Fado was born.
