Customer Rating An instructional DVD targeted at the "intermediate" banjo player is a rare thing, even more so when its fronted by Tony Trischka. His choice of more contemporary pieces is a refreshing departure from the norm, as is his approach which is methodical, clear and easily understood. A brief introduction to each of the eleven pieces also gives the student an insight into the people behind the composition and playing of these banjo masterpieces.

Customer Rating I'm not normally one for writing reviews, but this guy rocks! The lessons are extremely clear and being able to see how they are actually played is of great benefit, it's like having a private lesson. His Banjo playing is enough to give anyone inspiration( and perspiration!)...it's awesome...GREAT STUFF.
