Rating Review
Customer Rating I have been playing for my own pleasure for around 20 years. I bought this book to broaden and help me understand music and have found it very useful indeed as my knowledge was limited, I am finding it easy to understand and follow. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to learn the workings of chords.

Customer Rating I was looking for something to make sense out of the "shapes" that I know are there hiding on the fretboard. I am an experienced pianist trying to build on a background of self-taught classical guitar and a love of rock guitar. This book is surprisingly easy to read for a subject as dry as scales and arpeggios but I find myself reading it for long periods without losing the will to live. It might move on too quickly for someone without a musical theory background but was just the job for me. Also helps you extrapolate basic chord shapes into extended chords. Great book - I would recommend it for any guitarist with serious intentions.
