Rating Review
Customer Rating This book provides a nice selection of classic melodies from most of the famous composers, whether that be Mendelssohn or Mozart. However, many of the pieces only feature the main melody line which we have come to know, and none of the pieces can really make a full performance piece for those higher than about grade 3. However this book is ideal for a flute student interested in being able to play bits from the classics, like Eine Kleine Nachtmusik from Mozart or The Eroica Symphony by Beethoven.

Customer Rating I like the variety of music and the variety of playing levels in the book, however, what has made me give it a 3-star review rating is that the editors have cut the pieces so that you only have the main theme of the piece that most people are familiar with. However, it does include music for all levels of playing, and I would definitely recommend it for flute players of all levels of playing ability.
