These are really soft on the teeth, unlike the hard clear plastic ones. Large size suits clarinet and Alto saxophone mouthpieces, depending on which way round you position them.

These are excellent, soft mouthpiece cushions They fit very easily and do not peel off. I have a tendancy to "bite" the end of my mouthpiece and these are thick enough to counteract that!
