Description

Singin' in the Rain is a 1952 comedy musical film starring Gene Kelly, Donald O'Connor, and Debbie Reynolds and directed by Kelly and Stanley Donen, with Kelly also handling the choreography. It offers a comic depiction of Hollywood's transition from silent films to talkies.

The movie is frequently described as one of the best musicals ever made, topping the AFI's 100 Years of Musicals list, and ranking tenth in its list of the greatest American films.

This edition for Piano, Vocal and Chords features producers notes, pictures, and arrangements of all the well-known songs from this classic musical.

Customer Rating Brilliant edition of this popular musical. Nice to have all the photos alongside the well-known music.

Customer Rating Very good. Clear sensible arrangements. Piano parts effective without being either disappointingly simple or difficult. I could do without all the photos, though, but then I'm just after the music and they get in the way.

Customer Rating I enjoyed the first section of this publication giving some background to the show and the movie before getting to the pages providing the musical score for the main songs of the show.
