Customer Reviews

Rating Review
Customer Rating I found this book a disappointment mainly due to the poor quality of the CD backing track which was very lack lustre.

Customer Rating Skill level is I think a little higher than easy, I found this more difficult than the bond themes book rated as intermediate. Violin parts are good but I was a bit disapointed with the quality of the backing track

Customer Rating I bought this for my daughter because she had played the music with the school orchestra and would like to have a backing track to play it at home. Unfortunately all the backing tracks come with what sounds like a xylophone plonking out the notes the violin is meant to be playing which is not only very annoying, it also sounds dreadful. In all other similar arrangemnents where music comes with backing tracks, there is usually 2 sets of tracks, one with an actual violin palying along and one with the lead violin missing for you to play along with. Had I know this was not the case I would not have bought this item and will avoid all similar Hal Leonard arrangements in future. Shame really because the scores themselves are actually ok and not as simplified as some puplishers make them for 'play along' series'.
