Customer Rating As well as some faithful classics there are some really interesting and rarer inclusions such as Frank Zappa, The Fall, Modest Mouse, Dinosaur Jr. and Crass. These 99 songs are among the most influential and important alternative music and is a must have for anti-pop guitarists!

Customer Rating What an amazing book! A great collection - think this includes possibly all of my favourite songs ever. Great to see the sheet music for so many obscure songs as most of these are way too avant-garde to find on the internet. A must for every fan of indie/alternative music. Definitely recommended.

Customer Rating This is a great selection of tunes-eclectic but each song is fantastic. Usually only a few chords so the songs range from Easy to Intermediate. 'Hurt' the Nine Inches Nails version which was covered by Johnny Cash, 'Where Did You Sleep Last Night' a traditional folk classic sung by Nirvana on their MTV Acoustic set and Nick Cave's 'Mercy Seat' are my favorites. Thoroughly recommended. You might also like the Acoustic Chord Songbooks and the Big Acoustic Alt.Country Chord Songbook if you like this one,the later has the simpler Johnny Cash version of 'Hurt'.
