Description

Pre-practice technical exercises for the piano.
The purpose of this book is to help develop strong hands and flexible fingers. The idea is to learn two or three exercises at a time, which should be played each day before practising. Only when these are mastered should you add another. When all in the first group are mastered, the next group may be introduced. Many of these exercises may be transposed to different keys.

Rating Review
Customer Rating Short little exercises to help with finger dexterity. Younger students like them as they are quite quick to learn and they can have fun playing them faster.

Customer Rating Excellent technical exercises, pianistically arranged, easy to sight-read. Students of all ages always enjoy these, which are good for warming up as well as supporting technical development. Also useful to supplement sight-reading, and as a learning tool for transposition to other keys!

Original, clear format; simple and imaginative illustrations, cleverly depicting the required skill for each exercise. Appropriately written for each grade / level.
