I already owned a taty copy of this piece and decided to treat myself to a new tidy version. the last 4 bars are slightly different in this version but perfectly acceptable and the piano part is a delight.

This is a beautifully printed copy. The violin part is spaced generously over 2 pages and is easy to read.

However, it was bought for my daughter as a supplement to her student repertoire, and as such she needed an accurate transcription. This is all fine until the last line, where the editing seems to have moved away from the original, added a new ending, removed a crucial couple of notes, and then added an extra bar at the end. Her teacher has to re-write the ending for all her students who have purchased this copy.

Had the ending been left unchanged from the original, it would have been a definite 5*.
