Customer Reviews

Rating Review
Customer Rating In this book John Riley covers every concept and what's even more, he makes it fun and so easy to understand in a simple way. Great pics, notation and literature, that´s 10 out of 10. As a beginner in jazz I find it so great as it was once 'Stick Control' when I started playing snare drum. It is really 'the bible of jazz drumming', and I have just become a JOHN RILEY addict as i ordered 'beyond bop drumming' and 'The Jazz Drummer's Workshop.'

Customer Rating I bought this book for my daughter to use at The Academy of Contempary music in Guildford. It was recommended for her coarse by the uni. So I guess it's a pretty good teaching aide.
