Rating Review

Customer Rating I think this is a great book. If you go through it carefully and do all the exercises in the manner prescribed, by the end you'll have an excellent grounding in slap technique and a load of grooves and licks to use. However, bear in mind that you'll need to be able to read music (or at least understand basic rhythmic notation) to get the most out of it. Although everything is tabbed, only the last two chapters (out of six) are on the CD - if you need the music to hear the rhythms, you probably won't get very far.
