A New Tune A Day for Trumpet provides all you need to teach yourself to play the trumpet or cornet. The easy to follow lessons enable steady progress to be made throughout the book. The 'pull out' card finger chart is a particularly useful addition and I had no problem relating it to the sheet music. The DVD added a visual element but didn't contribute to what is a first class instruction book and audio CD. In summary, this is an excellent, easy to use product, designed for the complete beginner and excellent value for money too.
